Our client is an international production company, looking for Customer Service Specialist, Kharkov.

Key duties:

  • Contracting;
  • Order processing;
  • Non conformities handling (return, replacement, compensation);
  • Price handling;
  • New product managing. Coordination of new project development with Customers and inside
  • Tool project processing (checking tooling POs, cross-check receiving correctness , projects closing in ERP system);
  • Reporting;
  • Forecast analysis;
  • Response to Customer requests (urgent, new products, forecasts, feasibility check)
  • Receivables tracking & follow up
  • Troubleshooting (obsoletes, product issues, compensation, storage, docs)
  • Order production follow up (internal tests, RAMs request);
  • Shipments coordination;
  • Visiting Customer/Arrange Customers visit;
  • Intercompany sales handling (issues, contracting, payment);
  • Processing of RAMs' requests (e.g. obsolete materials, statistics, board inventory, tests, short-term and long-term forecasts, etc.);
  • Clear understanding of cost drivers and leakage management (ie: rush freight, breaking charges);


  • Higher education
  • Appropriate professional experience 2 to 3 years in a Customer Service;
  • English – Upper intermediate; other languages is an advantage;
  • PC-knowledge: MS Office (advanced user); ERP would be preferable;
  • Team working result oriented interaction with local and foreign colleagues.
