We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Communication with clients (written and spoken)

- Perform overall project planning define, estimate, and schedule work

- Manage and monitor the development process

- Coordinate development teams, allocate tasks, discuss the details

- Successfully execute and deliver complete scope with desired quality in time

Requirements:

- Fluent English

- Excellent communication skills

- Good planning and organizing skills‚ diligence‚ accountability, ability to handle stress

- Ability to learn new working methods quickly and efficiently

- Knowledge of theory and technologies of web development

- Experience working in IT in any position will be a plus
